Hammad St., Remedial & Improvement works

Hyland MC were engaged by Melville City Council to carry out remedial & improvement works to a Property at Hammad St., Palmyra. The Building is of Heritage significance. WORKS COMPLETED Microfine grout injection underpinning;Repointing of brickwork;Replacement of structural timbers & framing to verandah deck;Removal of concrete slabs and footpaths to facilitate microfine injection works;Installation of structural steel access ramp.
