Swan House, Heathcote Cultural Precinct (Stage I)

Hyland MC were engaged by Melville City Council to carry out the restoration and Refurbishment of Swan House, Heathcote Reserve, Applecross. The works required careful investigation to uncover original details & features. The opening of many smaller spaces into a larger open plan area to facilitate an Art Gallery & gift shop. Works included restoration of double hung windows, jarrah flooring, terrazzo floors, installation of auto doors, fit out of toilet facilities and kitchens
